Hi, I’m Bryant. I created Mindful Solutions Counseling Collective to make therapy feel supportive, approachable, and grounded in genuine care. My approach utilizes evidence-based counseling techniques and is rooted in person-centered therapy to provide results that last. I'll share some more about my journey below.
My path into counseling began with a natural desire from a young age to figure out problems, identify solutions and listening on a deep level. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Pace University, after completing a Bachelor’s in Psychology at Central Connecticut State University—studies that laid the foundation for my person-centered and evidence-based approach to therapy.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with individuals across all walks of life—from adolescents navigating identity and self-esteem struggles to adults managing anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Before opening my private practice, I gained experience in diverse settings, including community programs, outpatient clinics, and telehealth platforms. These roles taught me that meaningful change happens when compassion meets consistency and clients feel truly seen and supported.
Today, as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I integrate techniques from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to help clients move toward lasting growth. Each session is a space for connection, reflection, and empowerment—because I believe healing is most effective when it’s collaborative, authentic, and grounded in trust.
I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection—not a clinical transaction. My style is collaborative, open, and rooted in curiosity. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore who they are, what they’ve been through, and where they want to go next. Each person’s story is unique, so I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques, tailoring them to meet your specific needs and pace. My goal is to help you not only cope, but thrive—developing tools that foster confidence, resilience, and lasting change long after our sessions end.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my family, golfing, or experimenting in the kitchen. I love cooking from scratch—especially trying new recipes with fresh ingredients from the garden. These moments keep me grounded and remind me of the same values I bring into my work: patience, creativity, and connection. Whether it’s the calm focus of a golf swing or the joy of sharing a meal with loved ones, I try to bring that same presence and balance into every part of life, including therapy.
